To simplify the booking process I have created 5 packages for you to choose from. 

Each package includes everything you'll need during your appointment, including a haircut or treatment. 

If it's your first time here, or you haven't been in for over 6 months or more, please choose one of these packages when booking.

STEP TWO: DIGITAL CONSULT FORM 

Fill out my pre-visit consultation form and be on the lookout within 24-48 hours for an email with my booking link. This is required so that I can ensure you are choosing the correct package and that I will have an adequate amount of time to complete your service.

STEP 3: PRE-VISIT EXPERIENCE

SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY 

 

Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Failure to give proper notice prevents us from filling that appointment time, and will result in you being charged a cancellation fee of 60% of the estimated cost of the booked service to the card that we have on file for you, or will be billed to you by other means if a current card is not on file. In the event of an emergency situation, this fee can be transferred to a deposit for your next booking. These events will be handled on a case by case basis. Repetitive cancellations will result in you no longer being permitted to book appointments in advance.

NEW GUEST POLICY

 

 All new clients will be asked to provide a card to be kept on file securely through our merchant servicer system to be charged in the event of a future late notice cancellation or no-show. We ask that clients booking an appointment for a color service, put down a non-refundable retainer of $80.00. This retainer will be subtracted from the final cost of the service. We love having the chance to provide excellent service to new clients. This policy is in place simply because of the frequency at which new clients "no-show" for their first appointment.
